I spent my early years in the construction learning how homes were built and what subtle differences can make a house a home. I started buying run down homes in 1984 and have rehabilitated well over 1000 homes in the past 25 years. I realized that my skills were an integral part of selling homes and decided to get my Real Estate Sales license in 1986. I became a Real Estate agent full time in 1988 and a Broker in 1993. My philosophy has always been to provide the client with facts and let them make their own informed decision about the house they want to make their home. Information is the key to good decision making and I pride myself in being at the forefront of my industry. The current state of the Real Estate market has led me to develop new innovative ways to value homes for home buyers, investors and banks.
