Dona has 30 years of sales, marketing and client service. She was an assistant to President Chuck Smith, of SBC and saved SBC One Hundred and Sixty Thousand Dollars for their fiscal year in the first month she was there. She also designed a stop loss program for the company.
Dona was a legal secretary for a real estate law firm in downtown Sacramento on Capitol Mall. She is experienced in processing bankruptcy documentation, wills, and title search. She also worked in the legislative law department and has an Associate Degree in Business Law. She takes extensive real estate classes to keep up on the ever changing market. She is a House Value Certified Market Researcher. She is currently working toward her designation in ABR, and CRS (Accredited Buyer Representative, and Council of Residential Specialists). Her services include helping you stay informed on the market and handling the details of the transaction to ensure a smooth and successful closing.
She works with several charities. Toys for Tots at Christmas, and The Smile Train which she donates $250.00 with every transaction processed. This buys 1 child a beautiful smile. The smile Train helps children in third world countries with cleft lip and palate that would never have a chance at a normal face or life.
